Probably to no ones surprise I returned to the "Cities" after an interesting 6 year college career. My wife and I, with our two boys live in Lake Elmo. Our oldest son Seth is 7 and our youngest is 5. I return to GR frequently to visit my parents on Pokegama and enjoy the water and peacefulness of GR.

Great to "see" so many of you! We've come a long way from the hallways and lockers of GRHS! I've been in Europe for the past 5yrs but make it back to the U.S. at least 3 times a year and most of those visits are right back to GR to visit my grandparents out on Sugar Lake. As Judy once said, "There's No Place Like Home!"

After I think 3 years at ICC and one at Alexadria Votech (its all kind of blurry) I went to work for Uncle Sam (US Navy). Spent four years at Assault Craft Unit 1 in Coronado CA. I met my wife of 11 years while she was attending SDSU. After she graduated and I finished my enlistment we packed up and drove to Alaska. I couldn't have gotten out of CA. faster. We live in Eagle River and I work for a general contractor in Anchorage coordinating and managing commercial construction projects. We have Two boys and two yellow labs that keep us busy with hockey, cub scouts, fishing, camping, hunting and all the things that make living here so great. I'm looking forward to seeing alot of people I haven't seen in 20 years. (20 years! How the hell did that happen. I only remember 15.)

I've been living in Tennessee since 1991. Married Rob Epps, originally from GR also, in 1992. After 10 years of marriage we were blessed with 2 beautiful children, Wyatt - age 5; Amelia - age 2. Rob is a custom home builder. I've been senior graphic designer at a local shopper magazine, since 1991. We love it here in beautiful Tennessee but we really miss the lakes up there, and to be honest, we miss the winters!!! We get snow maybe once a year here & the kids absolutely love it. I have many happy memories of growing up & going to school in GR & often think of many of you. Take care.

Being I don't know if I can make it to Grand Rapids for the reunion, I decided to put in my picture of myself and Husband. and I will just say things are going well. 
I love both my jobs. I have a photo I took of my daughter published, Also, I work with a two year old with CP, and I love that she never gives up.
 My son is 21 now WOW!!! He is in college and has his AA, and  going for BA in Journalism at Metro State University. His band "Facing the Plastic" won 4th in competition of the areas top 120 bands in the cities. the 4th place was the final show as battle of the bands shows go. check out his web site at www.myspace.com/facingtheplastic 
Our Daughter is now 14. She looks and has my sister's attitude. She looks so much like Liz it's unreal! You can look up the picture I had published and was a finalist for in contest at http://www.photolaureates.org/index.php

After graduating from UND, I spent a few years in Mpls working in public accounting.  We then spent three years in GR, but have been in Warroad, MN for the last 9 years where I work for Marvin Windows and Doors.  I married my wife, Lynn, in 1993 and we have 5 children ranging from 12 years down to twin 20-month old boys.
