I ended my career in EMS and ER work after Michael was born. Our youngest son Michael is Autistic. Since his diagnosis 6 years ago, I have embraced my new passion, writing. I have been fortunate to have been published in US Newspapers and magazines and I have hit the radio talk show scene and on television talk shows. My latest adventure is becoming a published author. My first book was released in -2/07 and has been recieved well, my publisher has signed me for 3 more books over the course of the next 3 years. The first book is called “The Color Red” it paints the picture of a families perspective raising a child with Autism. It also addresses our Federal & State Governments current Policies & Procedures pertaining to Special Educations Laws. My second book "Autism is a Four Letter Word....Love" will be published in March of 09`. A novel to follow the end of 09` I have yet to title.
