We enjoyed a wonderful reunion weekend in August of 2007 and have come to the conclusion that we have much to be proud of for all of the people in our class.

 

We kicked off our reunion with a casual meeting at Zorbaz for those who wanted to gather Thursday evening.  We packed the place and they shut us down at 2 A.M. It was a fantastic time and was a great atmosphere to just gather & at times to be silly. 

 

Friday morning some classmates golfed and some hit the lake for the “Booze Cruise” it was fun, we almost sank the boat at one point but our Capitan managed.

 

Friday evening at the golf course was enjoyed by many, a few teachers dropped in to remind us they were about our current age when we were their students…….and that we thought they were so old.

 

Saturday many met at Nesbitt Island for some fun in the sun…it was a great sunny afternoon for all that made it.

 

Saturday night was a grand night, it is ever apparent that our feet and hips still know how to move like they did 20 years ago.  Gordy Stram out did himself as our D.J. and motivated many to shake it …..And shake it some more.

 

Great food, wonderful conversations, and a fantastic time was had by all of our classmates we hold close to our hearts…. We have watched all grow in to the fabulous people all of us have become.

 

Words can not convey how very proud I am of the GRHS Class of 1987`
